As if the pandemic of the Covid-19 and the economic and financial consequences of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia were not enough, here is France confronted to a new hard time, the petrol scarcity which has provoked the closure of 30% of the filling stations. The long-term interest rates increase is going on in France. The 10 years State bond showed September 23^rd a 2.49% return. The move is a general one in the Western world and it results from the adoption by the central banks of more restrictive monetary policies in order to fight against inflation.
